In creating our holiday home we have tried to favor the maximum comfort of our guests. However, we believe in hospitality as a value, while trying to apply very competitive and honest prices. Prices are expressed in €. House rules Dear guests! You are about to spend your vacation in a private apartment. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment and we hope you enjoy a wonderful and recreational day in our home. The house rules you are about to read are meant to be a support for a harmonious stay. We have listed some rules and hopefully - with understanding - they will be followed. With a respectful use of the apartment, you will help us to be able to make a valuable holiday accommodation available in the future

General Rules:

  • If there is something wrong in the apartment or needs help, do not hesitate to contact us.
  • All objects inside the apartment or that are part of it, which are located on the balcony or terrace can be used by guests.
  • Kitchen: Please be careful that only clean dishes will be put back in the closets, the same goes for cutlery, pots and equipment that you have used;
  • Garbage: Separate waste collection: We separate into: plastic, metal, paper and residual waste. Trash cans are located outside;
  • Dear smoker: smoking is allowed in our apartment only on the veranda.
  • Any damage, such as signs of burns and holes in or on furniture, floor, linen, tablecloths, etc., as a result must be charged at the replacement value.
  • An ashtray is also available;
  • Bathroom: Please do not dispose of hygiene products and or meal leftovers in the toilet;
  • Rest period: In the spirit of good neighbourliness, we ask that the night rest will be respected from 23:30 to 08:00 and the siesta from 13:00 to 15:00;
  • Damage: No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something once breaks. We would be grateful if you would inform us immediately of the damage that happened so that it will not be discovered only after your departure by doing the final cleaning.
  • Windows and doors must be closed at the time of exit to avoid damage that can result from bad weather;
  • Please make sure that for the period of absence the light and the airconditionig is turned off - Environment and landlord Are grateful: The landlord is not responsible for valuables of the guest;
  • WIFI connection, sheets, towels, dishes and final cleaning are included in the price.

Additional notes and services:

  • possibility of adding baby cot (included in the price); initial and final cleaning included in the price; bathroom/bed linen set included in the price; Change of towels and sheets, on request, € 10 per person max € 40.00 per apartment;
  • Intermediate cleaning, on request, € 35.00 per apartment. General conditions: check-in: from 14.00 - on request also in other time slots if available;
  • check-out: by 10.00 am on request also in other time slots if available;
  • long periods: (evaluation on a case-by-case basis in relation to the period and type of accommodation requested).

Payment conditions:

  • the reservation must be made on the official websites, however on request it is considered possible (agreed) by bank transfer and paying an advance of 30% of the total amount;
  • the deposit can be paid by bank transfer or money order (only CASH is accepted for payment on site);

the management reserves the right to accept reservations not tied to the receipt of the deposit (last minute and special needs).

DEPOSIT: To be paid € 200 in cash if expressly requested by the management at the booking.
